In episode 18 of Science Chat, I chat with Rebekah Higgitt, Curator for the History of Science and Technology at the National Maritime Museum and Royal Observatory in Greenwich.
As well as being a curator at the NMM, Rebekah also is involved in research activities associated with the history of science, and in particular is just starting out on a project about the Board of Longitude.
The NMM website is http://www.nmm.ac.uk/ and you can find information about the Board of Longitude research on http://www.nmm.ac.uk/longitude/.
Rebekah is also a tweeter and you can find her on Twitter as @beckyfh, and she is also involved in a blog about the history and philosophy of science called Whewell’s Ghost http://www.whewellsghost.wordpress.com/
The podcast can be found in the usual place… http://www.sciencechat.podomatic.com/ as well as on iTunes.
